LENS
From the early days, plastic lenses were widely used in mass production for products such as mobile phones, speakers, and automotive trim, until now, when glass lenses are widely used in consumer products. They are extensively utilized in various applications such as smartwatches, wearable devices, AR, VR, mobile phone panels, screen protectors, smart home panels, lenses, smart lock panels, elevator panels, scanners, automotive, automotive trim, industrial control screens, and other 2D, 2.5D, and 3D panels, with a wide range of applications.
The purpose of lenses is to protect the underlying substrate from scratches, fingerprints, and stains, as well as to enhance aesthetics. Therefore, coatings are usually applied to the lenses, including hardening (HC), anti-reflection (AR), anti-glare (AG), and anti-smudge/anti-fingerprint (AS/AF).
Depending on the product requirements, additional filters such as infrared cut/pass filters (IR cut/IR pass), ultraviolet cut/pass filters (UV Cut/UV Pass), and blue light cut filters (Blue Light Cut) can also be produced.
Injection molding & Tooling
In order to meet the needs of our customers, we have invested in plastic injection molding equipment, providing a more comprehensive product manufacturing service from tooling development and design to mass production. Our plastic molding factory is located in Kaohsiung, surrounded by a complete supply chain, enabling us to quickly respond to and serve our customers.
Plastic injection molded products are widely used in various applications, such as electronic components, connectors, automotive connectors, medical equipment, communication equipment, computer peripherals, and plastic products for 3C category casings.

Pogo Pin & Connectors
We are able to customize your probes and connectors, including: high elasticity probes, high current probes, grounding pins, steel pins, non-standard spring probes, 1PIN-24PIN pogo pin connectors, etc. We have a complete design, production, and research and development system, as well as a comprehensive quality control system, with fully imported core-walking machines and fully automated assembly equipment. Our POGO PINs have good stability, with a lifespan of 20,000 to 100,000 cycles. The conduction impedance can be controlled to 5mΩ-9mΩ, the elasticity specification can be controlled to a minimum of 20±5 grams, the gold plating requirement can be customized from 1-120μ according to customer requirements, and the inner wall roughness can be controlled to Rmo*1.0s-2.0s. The center deviation of the needle can be controlled between 0.05-0.10mm, and the plastic material is produced using imported LCP raw materials, ensuring full compatibility with SMT process plastic welding.
