When used in ozone generators, it exhibits high electrical resistance and can withstand high temperatures, with stable material properties that are not easily broken.

Used as a sheath for UV sterilization lamp tubes in water to provide insulation and thermal insulation, and facilitate maintenance and cleaning of the UV lamp tube.

Features：

▸Heat-resistant

   The softening point temperature of quartz glass is about 1730°C,

   and it can be used for a long time at 1100°C.

   The maximum short-term use temperature can reach 1450°C.

   It exhibits very high chemical stability at high temperatures.

▸Corrosion-resistant

   Except for hydrofluoric acid, quartz glass hardly reacts chemically with other acidic         substances, with an acid resistance 30 times that of ceramics and 150 times that of

   stainless steel.

▸Stable

   Quartz glass has a small thermal expansion coefficient and can withstand drastic 

   temperature changes, even when heated to 1100°C and then immersed in room

   temperature water, it will not burst.

▸Transparent

   Quartz glass has excellent light transmission from ultraviolet to infrared, with a light 

   transmission rate of up to 93% in the visible light range, and over 80% in the

   ultraviolet light range.

▸Electrical insulation

   The resistance value of quartz glass is equivalent to 10,000 times that of ordinary

   glass, making it an excellent electrical insulation material that maintains good

   resistance even at high temperatures.
