Anti Finger Printing Coating
AFP or AF coating, also known as anti-fingerprint coating, not only prevents fingerprints, dirt, dust, splashes, and oil stains but also provides antioxidation, corrosion resistance, without affecting light transmittance and abrasion resistance. The coating is thinner and more uniform compared to traditional coatings.
Anti Reflection Coating
AR coating, also called anti-reflective coating or anti-reflection coating, reduces light reflection and increases light transmission of glass or transparent substrates. AR coating utilizes the principle of light interference to deposit one or multiple layers of nanometer-scale products on various substrate surfaces to suppress reflection. It is mainly used for anti-reflective optical coatings required for various lenses, panels, phone screens, and automotive panels. Substrates coated with AR coating enhance the brightness and clarity of images.

The red line represents the transmittance performance after AR coating.
IR Cut/IR Pass
Infrared cut-off filter is a membrane that can block the passage of infrared rays, commonly used in optical systems that are not resistant to high temperatures to reflect heat energy back to the light source direction. In digital cameras, CCD and CMOS sensors are very sensitive to infrared light, causing false colors and ripples in detection. Infrared cut-off filters correct images by reducing the impact of infrared light on sensors.
Infrared bandpass filter performs the opposite function of the infrared cut-off filter, reflecting all visible light and allowing infrared rays to pass through, mainly used to increase the temperature of the target object. Through the infrared bandpass filter, infrared rays can transmit more heat energy smoothly, heating up the target object.
Anti Glare Coating
AG, or anti-glare, reduces the reflection of light on the processed surface, minimizing visual interference caused by light. The mirror surface appears frosted but does not affect viewing. This technology is most commonly seen on phone screen protectors.
In addition to anti-glare function, the frosted effect caused by AG processing can also mitigate fingerprint marks on the screen. However, the frosted surface may make the screen colors appear less sharp. Nowadays, some panels use glossy glass with anti-reflective coatings to reduce interference from reflected light.
